He impresses an unhappy or unfulfilled group of customers. Branson beats Goliath. It’s hard not to root for a guy who is always the protagonist in that story line! Every time a customer is exposed to one of his companies, products, or services, or the mediocre service experience a competitor may provide, Branson’s David and Goliath brand promise is reinforced.
